say hello to
noa one.

micro biogas system

We imagine a future where the products we offer become the driving force for a cleaner tomorrow.
This is noa one, our new standalone, off grid, micro biogas system developed for e.g. domestic households, restaurants and lodges. The system is designed to cover or supplement the daily energy requirements for households and small enterprises and make an immediate positive impact on the environment by drastically reducing your carbon footprint.

benefits

essential biogas benefits

  1. nutrient recovery through the production of liquid fertilizer
  2. constant power availability (not weather dependent)
  3. long time gas storage without finite lifespan
  4. on site waste management, circular economy & recycling

environmental & social impact

In developing countries it offers an alternative to the need for wood and charcoal. By capturing organic waste we reduce the release of methane into the atmosphere and in return we help fight climate change. About 3 billion people around the globe depend on the burning of non-renewable biomass such as wood and charcoal for their daily cooking and heating requirements.

Using the noa one effectively in developing communities will help to slow down deforestation in the world’s most pristine areas. Harvesting wood at the current rate is a major contributing factor to deforestation worldwide. By slowing down deforestation we also guard against climate change, species loss and biodiversity loss.

In rural areas around four hours are spent per household per day in the collection of fuel in the form of wood and charcoal – mostly by woman and children in the household. With the biogas system in place the time can alternatively be spent on education and income generating activities.

By replacing wood and charcoal with biogas one greatly improves family health. As cooking in rural areas is often done indoors the carbon smoke from wood fires can be replaced with a clean green renewable source that burns with no harmful emissions.

who we are

who we are

noa climate stands for investing in the future, for taking actions today that ensure a healthy living for future generations. We imagine a future where the products we offer become the driving force for a cleaner tomorrow.

Kenny and Francois, the founders, grew up and worked in Southern Africa and dedicated their lives and professions to integrated social development and environmental protection. This experience has led to a deeper understanding of the challenges facing the natural environment in many parts of the world today and the urgent need to protect it.

To do this successfully we have to find environmentally friendly solutions that meet the immediate needs of people. With our sustainable products we aim to help achieve this goal. noa climate is a Germany based company that creates, sells and promotes a range of environmentally friendly products that offer benefits to both private and business customers. Additionally we support projects (both our own and others) that aim to restore the integrated social – environmental balance in their communities through the use of environmentally friendly products.
